International communication activities comprise exchange overseas study program, short-termvisit program, course communication program, etc.

Exchange overseas study program: Students will have the opportunity to study abroad in prominent Japanese universities as exchange students through public expense or their own expense. The course credits of Japanese universities can be transferred as course credits in DUT. Japanese universities with exchange overseas study program at public expense (exempted from tuition fee of Japanese universities) include Osaka University, Nagoya University,Hokkaido University, Saitama University, Chiba University, Nagasaki University, Hiroshima University, University of Toyama, Kanazawa University, Showa Women’s University, Nara Women’s University, Kobe Shukugawa Gakuin University, etc. And Japanese universities at students’ own expense (tuition fee for Japanese universities) involve Waseda University, Hosei University, etc.

Short-term visit program: The School of Foreign Languages, DUT, will organize visits to universities at regular time periods in friendly countries for learning communication and cultural experience, such as the US, UK, Japan, Russia, etc. Usually, the program has a duration of 10 to 30 days,in which students can apply for subsidy by DUT’s international fund.

Course communication program: Students can attend courses of Osaka University andTohoku University online, along with Japanese students. After completing the courses, students can get an honored certificate issued by Japanese universities.
